Pamper Packages

Pamper packages are a great way to unwind and get away from the stresses and strains of modern life. There are single pamper packages for just one person or you can get pamper packages for two or more people, so you can share the experience with a friend or relative.
What Does a Pamper Package Involve?
A basic pamper package usually involves a neck and back massage, a scalp massage, a foot massage and a facial, but a lot of this is dependent on the spa that you’re having your package at, as different spas have different packages. Optional extras might include a full body massage, manicure and pedicure. There may be other optional extras included in your pamper package, so it’s worth asking what’s on offer when you book your session, but you’ll undoubtedly have to pay more for these as obviously only the basic elements will be included in the basic pamper package.
How Much Does it Cost?
As you might expect, prices vary according to the type of pamper package that you opt for. A basic pamper package (neck and back massage, scalp massage, foot massage and facial) for one person usually costs around £60, and you can expect to pay at least double that for a two-person pamper package. For a basic pamper package plus a few additional extras (a manicure and pedicure, for example), £100 per person is approaching the norm.
Why Should I Book a Pamper Package?
Most of us get feel trapped and disillusioned with our lives from time to time, and this is where a pamper package can work wonders. It’s a nice way to get away from it all for a few hours - or even longer if you feel like it!
A lot of women book a special pampering session as part of their Hen night celebrations, and it’s not hard to see why. A full body massage, facial, manicure and pedicure just before the wedding will make sure that the bridal party are looking and feeling their best on the run-up to the big day. This is offered by lots of companies across the country, and often involves a two-night stay in a hotel (meals may or may not be included in the price), pampering at a four star hotel, and full access to spa facilities. Some packages also offer VIP entry into selected nightclubs to liven up proceedings. Prices vary, but they tend to start from around £99 per person. There are also spa breaks that you can go on and spend a relaxing weekend being pampered from head to toe.
There are pampering sessions for men too (although naturally they involve slightly different things!) so you can even send your other half on his own pampering package to make sure that you’re both de-stressed at the same time.
A pampering package is the perfect way to recharge your batteries when you’re feeling rundown and stressed out. Let’s face it, you’d have to be something approaching Superwoman to be able to perfectly balance home and work (or motherhood) without stress ever getting the better of you. We all need a bit of a pick-me-up every so often, so why not treat yourself to a short pampering package?
